About AZ Talio Ranch
Welcome to AZ Talio Ranch, located on 400 acres of lush, irrigated farmland in Florence, Arizona. Our ranch offers a truly special experience, with the stunning Box Canyon just minutes away from our ranch—perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
In addition to our prime location, we feature 40 condos and a spacious 100' x 200' shaded pavilion, ideal for hosting both public and private events.
You may already know us as the proud home of Arizona’s largest country music festival—a true highlight of the year!
Accomodations & Amenities

Condos
Our charming condos range from 600 to 1,200 square feet and are available furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. We offer a variety of layouts, including single studios and studios with adjoining doors for added flexibility.
Onsite laundry is available, utilities are included, and there is convenient parking near each unit.

The Oasis
The pavilion provides a versatile and unique space for both private and public events, making it the perfect blank canvas for weddings, Quinceañeras, receptions, or any other celebration you have in mind! When you host an event with us, you'll enjoy access to restrooms, picnic tables, turf flooring, electricity, a freezer and refrigerator, charming chandeliers, fire pits, garbage service, and a bar area.

One of the standout features of the ranch is its prime location near Box Canyon, offering endless opportunities for exciting ATV adventures. We also provide secure parking for your equipment, so you can explore with ease and peace of mind.
